We are now proud to offer pre-designed conference room audiovisual systems to meet every budget. We have several system choices available, from basic audiovisual presentation to the most advanced conferencing technologies. Any of our pre-designed systems can be modified to meet your organization's specific requirements.

The packages listed below are just a few examples of affordable conference room audiovisual systems. We can also provide you with state-of-the-art custom systems along with the technical expertise to see the project through to fruition. We welcome large and small projects alike.

Package #1: Basic Meeting Room (12250.00)*

  • Presentation of DVD, VHS and up to 5 owner-provided Video and/or Computer Sources on a 42" Diagonal Standard Definition Plasma Display with attached Speakers
  • Wallplate Control of switching sources and display power on/off
  • Wireless RF Keyboard/Mouse for room computer
  • Black Laminate equipment rack & accessories for system components to be installed.*
  • Labor and Cabling to install to your conference room**

Package #2: Advanced Meeting Room (20800.00)*

  • Presentation of DVD, VHS and up to 5 owner-provided Video and/or Computer Sources on a 42" Diagonal Standard Definition Plasma Display with attached Speakers
  • 6" Wired or Wireless Touch Panel Remote Control system with Custom Designed Graphical User Interface
  • Wireless RF Keyboard/Mouse for room computer
  • Black Laminate equipment rack & accessories for system components to be installed.*
  • Labor and Cabling to install to your conference room**

Package #3: Presentation Room (28450.00)*

  • Presentation of DVD, VHS and up to 4 owner-provided Video and/or Computer Sources on a 50" Diagonal High Definition Plasma Display
  • Full Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound
  • 6" Wired or Wireless Touch Panel Remote Control system with Custom Designed Graphical User Interface
  • Wireless RF Keyboard/Mouse for room computer
  • Black Laminate equipment rack & accessories for system components to be installed.*
  • Labor and Cabling to install to your conference room**

Options available to above systems (price to be determined):

  • Larger 50", 60" or above Plasma Displays including HD display technology
  • Substitute Plasma Display with Projector and Projection Screen (Manual or Electric)
  • Audio and/or Video Teleconferencing
  • Audio and/or Video Teleconferencing
  • Custom cabinetry
  • Advanced Control interfaces for lighting, draperies, shades, etc.

Monolith Modular Systems, Inc. also provides diagnostic service and upgrades to your existing systems.

* Monolith Modular Systems, Inc. will provide equipment racks for your system, or equipment can be installed in owner-furnished furniture. Pricing adjustments for owner-furnished furniture will be made.

** Monolith Modular Systems, Inc. is a non-union systems integration firm. Charges for union labor in place of our trained staff is not included within the package pricing. Network connections to system will require cable pulls and coordination with your IT department.
